1. 🧾 Orders & Payment

All orders must be confirmed via email, message, or official quotation.

  • A 50% deposit is required to start production
  • The remaining balance must be paid before shipment
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, Wise, or other agreed methods
  • ⚠️ Production will not begin until the deposit is received
2. 🎨 Design & Approval

We offer design support to ensure your products meet your expectations.

  • Customers must approve all designs before production
  • Once approved, no further changes can be made
  • Any additional revisions after approval may incur extra charges
3. 🏭 Production & Lead Time

Production time depends on order quantity and complexity.

  • Standard lead time: 10–20 business days
  • Delays may occur due to:
    • High production volume
    • Public holidays
    • Material availability
  • We will always inform you in advance if there are any delays
4. 🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Deposits are non-refundable
  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
  • No refunds will be issued after production begins
5. 📦 Shipping & Delivery
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed
  • Delivery time depends on the shipping provider
  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by shipping carriers
  • We recommend using insured shipping for large orders
6. ⚠️ Product Disclaimer
  • Colors may vary slightly from digital previews due to screen differences
  • Product dimensions may vary by ±1–2 cm
  • Minor variations are not considered defects
7. 🧠 Intellectual Property
  • All custom designs created by Non Stop Sewing remain the property of the company unless otherwise agreed
  • Customers must ensure they have the right to use any logos or artwork provided
  • We are not responsible for copyright or trademark violations from customer-submitted designs
8. 🤝 Communication

We strive to provide clear and timely communication.

  • All confirmations must be documented in written form (email or message)
  • Verbal agreements are not considered final unless confirmed in writing
9. 🌍 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand.
